We expanded, becoming Onsite Property Management, offering maintenance, existing inventory and gas services.

We became Safe Contractor-approved. Our team has now expanded from two to six.

Each year has brought tremendous growth, enabling us to win well -known contracts such as Olympic Park. During the summer, we see double the amount of inventory reports being processed for moves in and out. We now have an outstanding ground force, covering projects ranging in size from those dealt with by our handymen team through to full property refurbishments. Initially covering only the London area, we have now expanded our services to Birmingham, Oxford, Cambridge and Luton.

Areas we cover

Whilst we have started in the London area we have expanded our geographical coverage over the years to now cover Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
